1. Acceptance of Policy

2. Membership Purchase

Users must register as a free member first and then upgrade to a paid membership through their dashboard.

3. Payment Methods

4. International Payments

International users may be charged currency conversion fees by their banks. Snehbandh is not responsible for such charges.

5. Payment Security

All payments made are non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases (such as duplicate payment or technical error), refunds may be processed at our discretion.

7. Activation of Services

Paid memberships are activated within 24-48 hours after successful payment.

Memberships are valid for the selected duration only. Users must renew before expiry to continue services.

9. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their membership anytime, but no refund will be provided once the service is activated.

Any disputes arising will be subject to jurisdiction as per applicable Indian laws.
